Published on

Industry Giants Are Coming Together on the First Day of EPIQ

For more than 30 years, EPIQ has brought business leaders and subject-matter experts in the housing ecosystem together to discuss the most pressing issues facing our industry. EPIQ 2019 will once again deliver sessions designed to provide valuable insight into current research, trends and innovations. The excitement begins on the first full day of the conference, featuring a wealth of noteworthy speakers and relevant topics.

Analysis Directly From the Experts

Our first morning will include a fireside chat with Bob Broeksmit, president and CEO of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He’ll share his insider’s perspective on the MBA, the mortgage industry and the public policy debate in Washington. The conference will also feature opening remarks from CoreLogic President and CEO Frank Martell, our vision for innovation presented by Property Intelligence & Risk Management Managing Director Olumide Soroye, and our outlook on the economy presented by CoreLogic Chief Economist Dr. Frank Nothaft.

Capping off the morning will be award-winning actor and humanitarian Gary Sinise, who will share an inspirational presentation about “Selfless Service Beyond Oneself.” He’ll relate his journey from playing Lieutenant Dan in “Forrest Gump” to realizing his mission to support our nation’s veterans, first responders and their families.

Enlightening Panel Topics

The EPIQ conference is a unique opportunity to understand the trends and opportunities that matter. This year, we’ll feature the crowd-favorite session “Let’s Hear It From the Researchers,” in which a distinguished assembly of data experts will dive into the latest research to analyze current economic trends.

Our other panels on the first day will analyze how emerging technology can shape our industry in the years to come. We’ll discuss the ways A.I. will affect how we do business and meet customer expectations in “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in 2019 & Beyond.” We’ll also examine how homes will harness new technology, building materials and construction techniques to meet the diverse needs of different generations in our panel “Homes of the Future Explored.”

EPIQ 2019 begins on July 28 at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, California. Visit our event page to learn more information and get further details as they develop.
